ETEL’s Auckland facility is the centre of our New Zealand operations and a key part of ETEL’s manufacturing network. The site brings together head office support, dedicated customer service functions, engineering, manufacturing, quality, production planning, logistics and supply chain capability in one location.

From Auckland, ETEL supports customers across New Zealand and export markets with distribution transformer solutions for electricity networks, infrastructure projects, industrial applications and renewable energy developments. ETEL’s current New Zealand site describes Auckland as the company’s head office and six-plant manufacturing facility, supporting distribution transformers up to 33kV.

The Auckland team plays an important role in ensuring products are designed, manufactured, tested and delivered to meet customer requirements. This includes technical design support, production coordination, quality assurance, customer service and supply chain management.

ETEL Indonesia is part of the ETEL Group and provides additional manufacturing capability to support regional demand. Established in 2011, the facility is located in Bogor Regency and spans more than 10,000m², including a 6,500m² production area.

The Bogor Regency facility manufactures a range of three-phase, oil-cooled transformers, including small distribution transformers, medium distribution transformers, power transformers and earthing transformers.

ETEL Indonesia strengthens the wider ETEL network by adding manufacturing scale, production flexibility and supply chain resilience across key regional markets. The facility operates with ISO9001:2015 quality certification and ISO14001 environmental management certification, supporting consistent standards across the group.

The Indonesian team also contributes to ETEL’s wider technical capability, with engineering design using 3D modelling, simulations and calculations, supported by collaboration across the ETEL Group.

In Australia, ETEL’s teams provide local sales, service, warehousing and customer support, ensuring customers have access to on-the-ground assistance while staying connected to ETEL’s wider manufacturing and technical capability.

ETEL has offices and warehousing facilities in Melbourne, along with a sales and service facility in Perth. This gives Australian customers local support, backed by ETEL’s regional manufacturing network in New Zealand and Indonesia.

The Australian team supports customer enquiries, product information, project requirements, after-sales support and coordination across ETEL’s wider supply chain. This helps customers access the right technical and manufacturing expertise while working with local people who understand the Australian market and operating environment
